HR professional: Harmonization of Working conditions in international organization

Increasingly companies are taken over or merge. In that case, the harmonization of working conditions is essential. Rob Eding (Partner of Sincere) took responsibility for this for MCI as an ad interim Compensation & Benefits Manager.
There were three different employment regulations, salaries and pension schemes, etc. which were characteristic of the company. This had to be harmonized and implemented for the Dutch entities at the European level. One of the crucial aspects of the success of this contract, and particularly its results, was to build up an excellent relationship with the local works council.
