HR development: Leadership & MD courses

Sincere has been actively involved in the Leadership & MD programme of Ericsson at the EMEA level since 2003, both in the development of the programmes and in their execution. In the EMEA region, our trainers are active carrying out the LCC (or Ericsson leadership core curriculum). a programme for managers in the Ericsson organization who have just arrived or are starting out.

This includes room for personal development, knowledge development, individual and group-oriented coaching sessions, and this is carried out in different ways. Training sessions are organized within the training flow on location and virtual classrooms and coaching sessions are also involved. For Sincere this is a tremendous experience with a wonderful client!

HR professional: International cost reduction process Ericsson

Ericsson is more familiar than anyone else with the whims of the telecom market. For a few years, Ericsson had corporate experience of the consequences for its own repositioning, making strategic choices in this respect, mergers, cost reduction, etc. The Netherlands was no exception. Gerard den Hollander (a Sincere partner) knows this better than anyone.

A few years ago he was contracted in on the basis of his previous relationship with the Ericsson organization. The aim of the contract was the total dismantling of one of the locations, Ericsson Eurolab Netherlands BV, an R&D organization in Enschede, where about 300 employees were still working at that time. For most of those involved, this was a difficult task. For an HR professional it is a process which involves all the aspects, from the coordination with corporate partners to local discussions with social partners and the works council, their translation to management and employees, the social plan, etc. After the dismantling, Gerard continued to carry out aftercare tasks for a period in the Ericsson office in Rijen and also provided organizational support there for a downsizing operation in Rijen. Meanwhile we are still contacted by Ericsson both nationally and internationally, for all sorts of HR matters, training activities, etc. and the Ericsson network has resulted in a fantastic spin-off of new client relations.
