HR professional: Recruitment project for the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles

Sincere was commissioned by the Central Government to recruit candidates for prison guards for the Department of Justice. Because of the huge shortage of well trained professional prison guards, the Department of Justice in Curaçao was forced to look for prison guards on the Dutch labour market.

This was quite a challenge for Sincere. The people not only had to be well trained and have work experience, but also needed good communication skills and preferably be able to communicate in several languages (Papiamento, Spanish, Dutch, and preferably also English). This was a special recruitment project which was carried out by a Sincere project recruiter.
