Talents Motivation Assessment

The TMA is a unique method based on the Big Five theory in which the emotional balance, talents and motivation of a candidate are revealed by means of an interactive method. It is as though the thought processes which form the basis of behaviour are outlined and a "blueprint" of the candidate is produced in this way. This is a diagnostic instrument for talents and a personality test. The TMA looks at personality characteristics such as sociability, ambition and empathy. This results in a total picture and the emotional balance, talents and motives are clearly revealed.

The Talents Motivation Assessment reports on the following fields:

  • Emotional balance (sense of self-worth, respect, need for support, stress resistance).
  • Motivation (status & recognition, variation, ambition & challenge)
  • Influential talents (conforming, extraversion, helpfulness, social empathy & sociability)
  • Social talents (dominance, energy, confrontation & perseverance)
  • Management talents (decisiveness, independence, responsibility & leadership)
  • Organisational talents (focus, order & tidiness, pragmatism)

The Talents Motivation Assessment (TMA) is distinct from other analytical methods such as the traditional psychological tests, because it is based on someone's "true" talents. Therefore the TMA procedure is constructive and objective. In fact, it is not only possible to indicate the extent to which someone will be successful in a specific context, (job or environment) on the basis of their true potential, but it is also possible to assess the "areas for development".

TMA can be used quickly. Through the Sincere portal the participant can go through the digital questionnaire in 90 minutes. On the basis of the results, this is followed by a balanced discussion with a Sincere consultant and the final report is provided within 2 working days after that discussion!
