HR X-ray as an instrument
The HR X-ray is a measurement instrument which exposes the "HR maturity" in organizations! Where does your organization stand, what is the level of HR ambitions and what is the gap between this ambition and reality.
With the HR X-ray, Sincere examines to what extent there are sufficient instruments in-house related to your own ambitions, together with you, on the basis of a digital tool developed in collaboration with TNO.
Information is obtained about a number of HR processes on the basis of three perspectives. The perspectives are: policy, activities and ambitions. The HR processes which are examined are:

- Job content & organization of work
- Working agreements & working conditions
- Recruitment & introduction
- Performance management
- Career development and training
- Information & consultation
- Working conditions, safety, absenteeism & reintegration
During the examination, experiences with regard to these issues are measured from different sides of the organization. For example, the board of directors, the works council and management. By obtaining information from various perspectives, an adult discussion develops and it is possible to determine the direction of the organization and establish priorities.
Sincere challenges you to define your HR ambitions, carries out a low threshold examination and reports with a comprehensive analysis, which includes defining the gap, i.e. the difference between the ambitions put forward and the situation in reality.
