Sincere was already involved in the transition process of IBM Global Networks to AT&T Global Networks. Meanwhile a new transition process (TUPE) was added to this. A large multinational, Shell, has offered global operations processes for outsourcing through a vendor. A number of organizations in the global IT world responded to this. On the basis of managed services, AT&T, a global market leader in the telecom field also focuses on the market of outsourcing and will take over a large part of the client IT organization. This transition process will be supervised in the coming  months by a Sincere HR project manager. Meanwhile, Sincere has a complete HR taskforce that is active in AT&T in order to ensure that the developments take place flexibly, with attention for all the complex factors involved in this sort of process.
