New personnel handbook for AT&T

On behalf of Sincere, Ellen Prins, an interim HR professional, recently concluded a C&B project for AT&T. In close consultation with local HR management, country management and the works council, she was able to evaluate the working conditions of the AT&T employees in the Netherlands and update them in accordance with the current regulations and legislation, taking into account the company's international C&B policies. This task required a great deal of tact, perseverance and conviction to ensure success!
