Launch of the Sports managers’ database

It was finally achieved on Saturday, 5 April this year. Sport & Zaken launched a new initiative: "The sports managers' database"!

Sincere is one of the participants in Sport & Zaken. As a participant in Sport & Zaken, Sincere provides services for sports associations and sports clubs free of charge. The sports managers' database is a new initiative of Sport & Zaken to which Sincere will make a contribution. Sincere will support sports associations when they have a vacancy and advise them with regard to filling the vacancy. Sport & Zaken not only wants to create a database of potential sports managers, but Sincere will provide expert support for an association during this process of recruitment. Our Talents Motivation Assessment (TMA) will be used for this. The first commission to find a chairman for the Midget Golf Association (FNMB) has already gone to Sincere. The process will soon start. Sincere will also create its own database with potential sports managers. At a later stage we will come back to this with specific actions. If there is already interest in this now to fulfil a managing role in the near future in the Dutch sports association or you know people who might be interested in this, we would like to ask you to contact our office manager Nathalie Koetsier.
