Sincere as HR SAP project manager starting with Vitens!

Rob Brand, a senior consultant with Sincere, started as a project manager for the implementation of the SAP payroll at Vitens in the spring of 2007. He was faced with the challenge of supervising the integration of 5 HR & payroll systems, following a merger of no fewer than 5 organizations. This was with the ultimate aim of creating an HR service centre with a self-service HR environment. This resulted, amongst other things, in a number of web-based HR platforms in which HR policies will be harmonized and digitalised. This was a wonderful challenge for Rob and Sincere to achieve!
