Tom Jansen, senior management trainer for Sincere, was commissioned to organize a number of workshops by Ericsson in September 2007, in the context of the 50^th anniversary of the student union. Altogether, 3 interactive workshops were given to third and fourth year students at the TU Eindhoven. The workshops consisted of one session of "high performing teams", a session on the TA model and concluded with a business game!
