Managing change

This module focuses on the successful organization and introduction of change projects, the introduction of new procedures and the implementation of a new organizational structure, to changes in client focus and a complete culture of change. The programme builds on the 7 Success Factors of Dave Ulrich and a step-by-step approach to systematic change.

Each of the participants comes with their own change project which serves as a "sample project" for the application of the parts of the programme and contributes to a rapid understanding of the concepts. Participants acquire an insight into the things which influence their change, how to deal with resistance, how to gain people's support and so on. This module provides a number of instruments which can be directly applied in order to produce the required change and to obtain and retain the commitment of those involved.

In addition, the programme can be tailored to meet the needs and requirements of change teams which can work on preparing and planning the process of change in a targeted way during the programme. Start on yourself, and then draw increasingly large concentric circles around the manager's personality in this comprehensive approach. Obviously, modules can also be incorporated in a programme which is already running in your organization. We provide the leadership and MD programmes both nationally and internationally in various languages. In principle, the programmes are provided in-company on the basis of an intake.
