Nycomed MES study

Sincere recently carried out an MES study for the leadership team of Nycomed in Denmark. The top 30 in the organization were examined. The starting point was the Nycomed leadership model "the leader as a role model". On the basis of a tailor-made survey, Tom Jansen, the project leader, carried out the examination, and the feedback of the results occurred both at the individual level and at team level. The result is that other parts of the organization will soon follow with an MES process as well.
